Wake Up & Live – Mind, Body & Soul is a signature wellness and self-care program created for women who are ready to prioritize themselves, embrace healthy aging, and live intentionally.
This program recognizes that life does not stop after 35—it begins with a new level of wisdom, growth, and self-discovery. Whether a woman is a mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, caregiver, professional, retiree, or simply a woman learning to choose herself again, this program provides a safe space for encouragement, education, accountability, and sisterhood.
The goal is to help women become healthier emotionally, mentally, physically, spiritually, and socially while reminding them that self-care is not selfish—it is necessary.
Peace Begins in the Pantry
Peace Begins in the Pantry creates a safe, supportive and educational space within Wake-Up & Live where members can explore the connection between what we eat, how we live, and the peace we feel in our daily lives. This platform will focus on promoting healthy habits, mindful eating, and emotional well-being, starting with what’s in our kitchens and into expanding into overall lifestyle choices.
For over a year, Peace Begins in the Panty has provided a safe space, support, laughter, and honest conversations that encourage women to take ownership of their health and well-being.
