LEGACY LEADERS INITIATIVE
This is our development program designed to help members explore, prepare for and grow into leadership roles through education, mentorship, and training. It provides a clear pathway for those members who are passionate about serving and helping build the future of our Sisterhood.
SIGNATURE PROGRAM OPPORTUNITIES
Signature Programs
The Signature Program Chairwomen oversee the programs that operate under the Legendary Ladies Social Club umbrella.
Current Signature Programs…
- Sister Circle - A monthly gathering for women 21 & older to connect, share, laugh, learn, and uplift one another in a fun, supportive, and empowering environment where lifelong sisterhood is built.
- Chit Chat Saturday Nights - A private weekly virtual gathering where adults 35+ come together for real conversations, laughter, hot topics, and genuine connections.
- The Write Stuff Book & Video Club - A creative community where members come together to express themselves through books, creative writing, storytelling, videos & more.
- Wake Up & Live - A signature program designed to inspire women to prioritize themselves, embrace healthier lifestyles, and nurture their mind, body, and soul through wellness, self-care, education, and the strength of sisterhood.
- Lady Legends Creations - Hosting DIY workshops, creating event décor, and developing fundraising projects.
Qualifications
Applicants should:
✔ Be an active member in good standing for 1 year.
✔️ Must achieve and maintain Diamond Status.
✔️ Must attend yearly Leadership Training.
✔ Demonstrate reliability and consistency.
✔ Support the mission and values of the organization.
✔ Have a passion and a plan for the program they wish to lead.
✔ Be willing to work collaboratively with fellow leaders.
Election Process
Applications for Signature Program Chairwoman positions are accepted annually.
Elections are held each November, and members of the Legendary Ladies Social Club will vote to select the Chairwomen for each Signature Program.
In the event only one qualified applicant applies for a position, that applicant may be declared the winner by acclamation. If no qualified applicants are available, the President may appoint an interim Chairwoman until the position is filled.

CHIEF OFFICER OPPORTUNITIES
Chief Officer Positions
Chief Officers assist in the overall operation, administration, and growth of the Legendary Ladies Social Club.
Positions
- Vice President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Social Media Manager
Chief Officer Qualifications
Applicants must:
✔ Be an active member in good standing for at least one year.
✔ Must achieve and maintain Diamond Status.
✔ Successfully complete Legendary Ladies Leadership Training.
✔ Submit a Leadership Application.
✔ Participate in an interview with the President.
Appointment Process
Chief Officer positions are appointed by the President.
All qualified applicants will be considered. Appointments are based on:
- Leadership ability
- Commitment to the organization
- Reliability and consistency
- Communication skills
- Willingness to serve
- Overall needs of the organization
Applications are accepted annually, and interviews are conducted by the President. If no qualified applicants are available, the President may appoint a member to temporarily serve until the position is filled.
