Become A Lady Legend Today

Members are women aged 35+ who is interested in being a part of a sisterhood.  New members must agree to ALL requirements to obtain membership in the Legendary Ladies Social Club. 

I agree to complete and submit the enrollment form along with my yearly dues of $12.  I understand dues are non-negotiable and non-refundable.

I agree to attend the Mandatory Monthly Meeting via our Band App. I understand this meeting is scheduled every second Tuesday of each month from 8pm-9pm CST. I will be on time and prepared with all the necessary meeting materials. If I can't be present, I will go through the proper channels and attend a make-up meeting.  Failure to attend the Mandatory Monthly Meeting or a scheduled make-up meeting will result in membership suspension and/or revoked. 

I agree to ACTIVELY participate in fundraising activities. I agree to raise at least $100 to reach Elite Member Status. The Legendary Ladies Social Club prides itself on NOT having members pay monthly dues but instead find creative and fun ways to raise the money for club expenses and group activities.

I agree to purchase a Club Kit.  The Club Kit contains the necessary items I will need to participate in club activities, meetings, and more. The Club Kit must be purchased within 30 days of joining The Legendary Ladies Social Club.  The cost is $87.00. 

I agree to give the Legendary Ladies Social Club LLC my permission to use my photograph publicly to promote the club. I understand that my image may be used in printed publications, on-line publications, presentations, website and social media platforms. I also understand that no royalty, fees, or other compensations, shall become payable to me by reason of such use.

I have read and acknowledge the requirements. Upon completion of ALL the necessary requirements I will obtain membership in the Legendary Ladies Social Club.
